Service Description
We prepare for a variety of exam boards including: CEM, GL, SET, CSSE as well as independent school entry exams. Tutors are experienced and classes are personalised. Weekly homework and exam paper resources are provided. Regular progress test and feedback to parents on their child's need.
Cancellation Policy
Absences can only be refunded when notified at least 24 hours in advance. Absences without prior notification for notifications during lessons cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Invoices are always due the first Sunday of each month. Parents/Pupils are responsible to arrive on time. Setting an alarm 5-10min before the session may help. Ensure homework is completed and ready at the beginning of each session. Cameras must stay on throughout the session to ensure students are present, focused and working. Microphones should be muted unless asked by the tutor and while discussing content. Trial session available for FREE. Trial session can only be redeemed once per student.
