Service Description
small groups 30min weekly vocabulary, letters, numbers, codes and more understand, reason and summarise text building confidence in fluency, vocabulary recognition and constructive thinking weekly resources will be given to allow further practice of content.

Cancellation Policy
Absences can only be refunded when notified at least 24 hours in advance. Absences without prior notification for notifications during lessons cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Invoices are always due the first Sunday of each month. Parents/Pupils are responsible to arrive on time. Setting an alarm 5-10min before the session may help. Ensure homework is completed and ready at the beginning of each session. Cameras must stay on throughout the session to ensure students are present, focused and working. Microphones should be muted unless asked by the tutor and while discussing content. Trial session available for FREE. Trial session can only be redeemed once per student.
